The Recommendation service which is currently in technical preview will not be available in the Dev/Test environment. While we are working to bring future enhancements to this service we suggest you use the Recommendation service within Production for your development and testing needs.

What is the default session time? how is it refreshed? Is it immutable in terms of configuration?

I've used this tutorial and the example code for the Identity service login: http://software.intel.com/cloudservicesplatform/documentation/intel-cloud-services-sdk-beta-developers-guide. I can't get the redierction to occur - after both app and user login are succesful (TEST env.) nothing happens - the browser doesn't get redirected to my app. I believe i followed all the steps on the tutorial.

I looking at the Intel Cloud services REST API docs and the API itself I did not find any refference to a .WADL file being published.
there is a lot of pro/con on the use of WADL in rest but really at this point just wanted to know if one was available.
