Daal4py combines the ease-of-use you expect in python with the superior performance of Intel® Data Analytics Acceleration Library (DAAL) . With a few lines of code, you can compute common data analytics functions on huge data-sets and utilize all the cores on your desktop and even multiple systems in a cluster.
Daal4py is open source and is currently supported for Python 2.7 and 3.6 on Linux, macOS and Windows (python 3.6 only). It is recommended to use Intel® Distribution for Python* in conjunction with daal4py. Get it now through conda:
conda install -c intel daal4py
Daal4py's documentation can be found on https://intelpython.github.io/daal4py/index.html.
Daal4py's sources and build instructions are available on https://github.com/IntelPython/daal4py.
Intel's compilers may or may not optimize to the same degree for non-Intel microprocessors for optimizations that are not unique to Intel microprocessors. These optimizations include SSE2, SSE3, and SSSE3 instruction sets and other optimizations. Intel does not guarantee the availability, functionality, or effectiveness of any optimization on microprocessors not manufactured by Intel. Microprocessor-dependent optimizations in this product are intended for use with Intel microprocessors. Certain optimizations not specific to Intel microarchitecture are reserved for Intel microprocessors. Please refer to the applicable product User and Reference Guides for more information regarding the specific instruction sets covered by this notice.
