You can transfer a named-user license to/from another person only if both of you share the same domain.
License transfer to another person can be done for both named-user and floating licenses.
Note: you may have more than one SN for that product, so make sure to choose the one you would like to transfer.
You may need to pull a license from a person who left your company and as such is unable to transfer the license to you. License transfer from another person can be done only for named-user licenses.
If you wish to transfer the license to a user from a different domain you will need to contact Intel support. Please visit our Get Help page for support options
Intel's compilers may or may not optimize to the same degree for non-Intel microprocessors for optimizations that are not unique to Intel microprocessors. These optimizations include SSE2, SSE3, and SSSE3 instruction sets and other optimizations. Intel does not guarantee the availability, functionality, or effectiveness of any optimization on microprocessors not manufactured by Intel. Microprocessor-dependent optimizations in this product are intended for use with Intel microprocessors. Certain optimizations not specific to Intel microarchitecture are reserved for Intel microprocessors. Please refer to the applicable product User and Reference Guides for more information regarding the specific instruction sets covered by this notice.
