The prototype instantiation of function templates and function members of class templates is deferred.
Description
Lets you semantically check template function template prototypes before instantiation. On Linux* platforms, gcc 3.4 (or newer) compatibilty modes must be in effect. For all
macOS*
platforms, gcc 4.0 (or newer) is required.
