MMD, QMMD

Tells the compiler to generate an output file containing dependency information.

The compiler does not generate an output file containing dependency information.
Description
This option tells the compiler to preprocess and compile a file, then generate an output file (with extension
.d
) containing dependency information.
It is similar to
/QMD
, but it does not include system header files.
