The
CPU n Load
metric represents the CPU utilization metric of the target system reported per CPU for all processes. There is one metric per each core on the system: CPU 0 Utilization is the core utilization of CPU 0, CPU 1 Utilization is the core utilization of CPU 1, and so on.

Intel's compilers may or may not optimize to the same degree for non-Intel microprocessors for optimizations that are not unique to Intel microprocessors. These optimizations include SSE2, SSE3, and SSSE3 instruction sets and other optimizations.
