Creating Solutions/Projects From Applications in the Visual Studio* IDE

Intel Inspector
is based on a project paradigm and requires that you create or open a project to enable analysis features.
To create a project:
  1. Choose
    File > Open > Project/Solution
  2. In the
    Open Project
    dialog box, browse to and select an application.
  • The Visual Studio* IDE creates a solution/project.
  • Intel Inspector
    features are enabled.

Product and Performance Information


Intel's compilers may or may not optimize to the same degree for non-Intel microprocessors for optimizations that are not unique to Intel microprocessors.
