Camera Trace Enablement

Traces are an important debug and troubleshooting step. This section describes two trace commands at the Gstreamer level.
gst-launch-1.0 trace command
At the Gstreamer level, the first step to get an insight into why something fails should be the -v option to the gst-launch-1.0 command:
gst-launch-1.0 -v icamerasrc device-name=0 io-mode=3 ! video/x-raw,format=NV12,width=1920,height=1080 ! vaapisink
gst-debug option
The gst-debug option will enable extensive tracing for all components at trace level 4 and for vaapi components at trace level 5:
gst-launch-1.0 -v --gst-debug=*:4,vaapi*:5 icamerasrc device-name=0 io-mode=3 ! video/x-raw,format=NV12,width=1920,height=1080 ! vaapisink
