Flight Mode and Radiated Power

Flight mode is an important state that can be required for certain regulatory certifications while also enabling reduced platform power states by powering down the radio hardware.
The CONNMAN services sets the status of the flight mode flag.
Flight mode status:
Status of the flight mode flag is queried with connmanctl state;
reply will be true when in Flight mode and false when radios are active.
connmanctl> state
Enable Flight mode:
connmanctl> enable offline
All radio will be silenced and active connections will be terminated.
Disable Flight mode:
connmanctl> disable offline
Note: Any preconfigured Wi-Fi* or Bluethooth® connections will be restored.
