Intel SDK for OpenCL Applications
includes the
Intel® Code Builder for OpenCL™ API
. Intel Code Builder for OpenCL API  is a software development tool that enables development of OpenCL applications via well-known integrated development environments, targeting the Intel® Architecture processors.
The tool supports local (host-based) and remote (target-based) development on the following platforms, IDEs, and devices:

Intel's compilers may or may not optimize to the same degree for non-Intel microprocessors for optimizations that are not unique to Intel microprocessors.
