Polyphase Resampling Functions

The Intel® IPP functions described in this section build, apply, and free Kaizer-windowed polyphase filters for data resampling. Functions with the
Fixed
suffix are intended for fixed rational resampling factor and can provide faster speed. Functions without the suffix build universal resampling filter with linear interpolation of filter coefficients and enable a variable factor.

Intel's compilers may or may not optimize to the same degree for non-Intel microprocessors for optimizations that are not unique to Intel microprocessors.
