Computes the length of the Gaussian distribution generator structure.

Pointer to the size, in bytes, of the generator specification structure.
Description
This function computes the length (in bytes)
pRandGaussStateSize
of the uniform distribution generator structure that is used by the
ippsRandGaussInit
function.
Return Values
ippStsNoErr
Indicates no error.
ippStsNullPtrErr
Indicates an error when the pointer
pRandGaussStateSize
is
NULL
.
