Computes the size of the working buffer for the straight lines detection.

Step of discretization (

Description
This function operates with ROI (see Regions of Interest in Intel IPP).
This function computes the size of the temporary working buffer that is required for the function
ippiHoughLine
.
Return Values

Indicates no error.
ippStsNullPtrErr
Indicates an error if
pBufSize
is
NULL
.
ippStsSizeErr
Indicates an error condition if
roiSize
or
delta
has a field with zero or negative value.
