Calculates absolute difference between image and scalar value.

pSrc
Pointer to the source image.
srcStep
Distance in bytes between starts of consecutive lines in the source image.
pDst
Pointer to the destination image.
dstStep
Distance in bytes between starts of consecutive lines in the destination image.
roiSize
Size of the image ROI in pixels.
value
Scalar value used to decrement each element of the source image.
Description
This function operates with ROI (see Regions of Interest in Intel IPP).
This function calculates the absolute pixel-wise difference between the source image

to the range [0, 255] for the

Indicates an error condition if
roiSize
has a field with zero or negative value.

Indicates an error when

.
ippStsNotEvenStepErr
Indicates an error condition if one of step values for floating-point images cannot be divided by 4.
