Converts 24-bit per pixel BGR image to 16-bit per pixel YCbCr image.

Pointer to the source mage ROI.
srcStep
Distance in bytes between starts of consecutive lines in the source image.
pDst
Pointer to the ROI in the destination pixel-order image. An array of pointers to ROI in each planes of the destination planar image.
dstStep
Distance in bytes between starts of consecutive lines in the destination pixel-order image. An array of distances in bytes for each plane of the destination planar image.
roiSize
Size of the source and destination ROI in pixels.
Description
This function operates with ROI (see Regions of Interest in Intel IPP).
This function converts a three- or four-channel gamma-corrected
B'G'R'
image
pSrc
to the two-channel or three-planes
Y'Cb'Cr'
image
pDst
according to the same formulas as the function
ippiRGBToYCbCr
does. The difference is that
ippiBGRToYCbCr422
uses the
4:2:2 sampling
format (see Table
“Pixel-Order Image Formats”
and Table
“Planar Image Formats”
for more details).

Indicates no error. Any other value indicates an error or a warning.
