int VT_tracestate (int * state)
Gets logging state of current thread.

There are three states:
  • 0 = thread is logging
  • 1 = thread is currently not logging
  • 2 = logging has been turned off completely
Different threads within one process may be in state 0 and 1 at the same time because
sets the state of the calling thread, but not for the whole process.
State 2 is set through the configuration option
for the whole process and cannot be changed.
VTTRACESTATE( state, ierr )
