Description
The
chla_transtype
function translates a BLAST-specified integer constant to the character string specifying a transposition operation.
The function returns a
CHARACTER*1
. If the input is not an integer indicating a transposition operator, then
val
is
'X'
. Otherwise, the function returns the constant value corresponding to
trans
.
Input Parameters
trans
INTEGER
.
Specifies the form of the system of equations:
If
trans
=
BLAS_NO_TRANS
= 111
: No transpose.
If
trans
=
BLAS_TRANS
= 112
: Transpose.
If
trans
=
BLAS_CONJ_TRANS
= 113
: Conjugate Transpose.
Output Parameters
val
CHARACTER*1
Character that specifies a transposition operation.
