Set Up Environment Variables

After installation of Intel® TCC Tools to start development, you should set up environment variables.
The variables for Intel® TCC Tools are:
  • Default variables, such as PATH, CPATH, LIBRARY_PATH, and LD_LIBRARY_PATH
  • Intel® TCC Tools specific variables, such as TCC_ROOT, TCC_CONFIG_PATH, and TCC_TOOLS_PATH (used in instructions, scripts, and libraries)
Be sure to set up environment variables each time you open a new terminal.
Default Setup describes how to set up environment variables via
setvars.sh
. The script enables the variables you need for Intel® TCC Tools, as well as other variables.
Another option is to source the environment file in the
tcc_tools
directory to set up only the variables you need for Intel® TCC Tools:
source <install_directory>/tcc_tools/latest/env/vars.sh
The following table contains descriptions of the default and Intel® TCC Tools variables:
Variable Name

TCC_ROOT

TCC_CONFIG_PATH
