Syntax

-quiet
-q
Default
OFF
Standard amount of information is output.
Description
Use the
quiet
option to limit the amount of information displayed by
vtune
. Only error, fatal error, and warning messages are displayed when this option is used.
This example suppresses unimportant messages while running the Hotspots analysis of the Linux*
sample
application and generating the default summary report.
vtune
-collect hotspots -quiet -- /home/test/sample
