This is part 2 of an introductory series of publications on the Intel® Data Analytics Acceleration Library (Intel® DAAL). In part 1 of the series, we discussed how to implement batch mode computation on a single node. In the present publication, we discuss the distributed mode computation.

Intel's compilers may or may not optimize to the same degree for non-Intel microprocessors for optimizations that are not unique to Intel microprocessors. These optimizations include SSE2, SSE3, and SSSE3 instruction sets and other optimizations.
