Deep Learning for Virtual Cancer Screening

Overview

This demo highlights research performed at Kyoto University Graduate School of Medicine with a dataset of more than 400 million proteins. The demo uses algorithms to analyze a virtual library of chemical compounds and predict those whose chemical and other properties make them likely possibilities to target a particular protein of interest. The result is more effective treatment options for patients at a much faster pace.
