In order to submit issues to the Intel® Premier Support, you need to have an account. An account will be automatically created when you register your SN (serial number) of the product.
- If you have a single user license SN, you can register it at Intel® Registration Center using the SN.
- If you have the SN of a floating license, you and all other engineers with emails from the same domain can register at Intel® Registration Center using the same SN. So every one who uses the floating license can submit issues to Intel Premier Support.
