Converting Cilkview data to seconds

Hey folks,

I'm working with a system that needs the work and span of the programs I'm running in seconds and nanoseconds to run properly, and running Cilkview on them gives me work and span in processor instructions. Does anyone know of a way to convert that data from instructions to a unit of time?

    1)  I have been running IPP-A on an Ivy Bridge Windows 8 platform. This target is based upon the February 1014 Preview release. Is there a production release planned ?

    2) If there is a production release planned, could you provide the approximate release date and confirm whether or not Linux support would be included ?

    Linking problem


    I am trying to solve a linear system of equations using LAPACK ROUTINES and I have tried to link but some of the codes seem to work whiles others do not. I get the error when  use the CALL GESV. 
    design.f90(477): error #6285: There is no matching specific subroutine for this
    generic subroutine call.   [GESV]
                    CALL GESV(xtemp, ztemp)
    compilation aborted for design.f90 (code 1)
