haxm installation failure in win7 64

Hi All,
I am writing this post to ask for help about installing the intel haxm, I previously used win8, and I could install the haxm without any problems, but a few
days ago, I change the os to win7 64bit, while I cannot install the haxm after I tried many ways to fix it.
I refered to the the page : https://software.intel.com/en-us/blogs/2014/03/14/troubleshooting-intel-...
and tried the ways that mentioned in the page, but nothing helped. I went to bios and enabled the VT.

below are the info captured about my pc.

hoping to get any helpful info from you guys, many thanks.

Introducing Intel® Atom™ x3 (Code-Named “SoFIA”) SoC Processor Series

Introduction

On March 2, 2015, during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain, one of the announcements Intel made was to introduce the Intel® Atom™ x3 Processor Series, Intel’s first integrated communication platform. Formerly code named “SoFIA”, Intel® Atom™ x3 Processor Series is a low-cost SoC with 64-bit Intel Atom processor cores and integrated cellular baseband modem for smart or feature phones, phablets, and tablets. The SoC will be available in 4G LTE and 3G versions.

Question about the HAXM driver

I want to apply the HAXM on the QEMU for my x86 virtual machine.
The QEMU for the Tizen and the Android is the open source.
So, I am analyzing and referencing them.
But, the Android's QEMU is very old version.
So, my custom QEMU is based on the Tizen's QEMU.

Recently, I checked the issue related with HAXM version.
The Tizen QEMU use the HAXM 1.0.5, and the Android QEMU use the HAXM 1.1.1.
The Tizen QEMU cannot run and close the emulator on the HAXM 1.1.1.
It can run and close on the HAXM 1.0.5.

Natural Interaction with Intuitive Computer Control

Devices equipped with Intel® RealSense™ technology are able to see and hear the world around them, enabling users to engage more naturally. In this article, Virtual Air Guitar Company (VAGC) and Intel software developers share insights on using Intel RealSense technology to move human-computer interaction (HCI) beyond the keyboard and mouse.

3 Things You Can Do Now with the Intel® RealSense™ Unity* Toolkit

In this guide we will show you how to use some of the prefabs & samples that come with the Unity* Toolkit available in the Intel® RealSense™ SDK R2 (v4.0).  This guide assumes you have imported the toolkit into your Unity environment and are familiar with applying a RealSense script to a Unity object. When using Unity 5, be sure to add the two 64 bit libs available at \RSSDK\bin\x64.

    SOFTWARE ENGINEER NEEDED

This probably is not the right place to post this, but whatever. I have run out of places to turn to find a software engineer, for an interview i need to conduct for an engineering course at my school. If anybody here is willing to take a few minutes out of your day to help me, it would be much appreciated
