Cube Rotation Using the Unity* Toolkit with Intel® RealSense™ Technology

This tutorial shows you how to use the Unity* Toolkit for Intel® RealSense™ technology to create a simple Intel RealSense application where a cube is rotated based on user hand movement.

    The most recent SDK for the  Intel®  RealSense™ F200 camera now includes 3D scanning. This is an amazing feature and will allow developers and digital artists to scan in real world objects to use in their projects.  One use case is to scan in a real world object and use in Unity.  This blog post will take a look at how to convert the Vertex colors from the original scan, creating a UV Texture map so you can import the object to Unity.

  • 3 Things You Can Do Now with the Intel® RealSense™ Unity* Toolkit

    In this guide we will show you how to use some of the prefabs & samples that come with the Unity* Toolkit available in the Intel® RealSense™ SDK R2 (v4.0).  This guide assumes you have imported the toolkit into your Unity environment and are familiar with applying a RealSense script to a Unity object. When using Unity 5, be sure to add the two 64 bit libs available at \RSSDK\bin\x64.
