Can we see the countries/cities that visit our products? - Software Finder BETA

Dear fellows, good morning! I published a product at Software Finder BETA. On that page, I can see the number of views, however I cannot see the countries/cities of the visitors. Is there any detailed report about these views? Thank you very much for the attention! Regards!

Can't Find Account Manager Details in Dashboard

Today saw a new change in our dashboard, The Account Manager Details are missing and our points has come down. After searching the reason for the two issues, I found or should i say I think that some point has expired as it is written in line with the points.

Now when I saw that I lost 500 Points, I was curious to know the reason it can't happen that 500 points has the same expiry date or it can't also be that because the new year has started a new table is to be started if that is the reason than our points has to be zero again.

A critical error has occurred...

Dear fellows, good afternoon. I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but our company is trying to list a few products at "Product Submission". Unfortunately we are having many error messages, such as: “Error in web Service call”, “A critical error has occurred XML parsing: line 1 character 28 semicolon expected, etc…”. Does anyone experienced something like that? Is that a problem on Intel servers or in our computers? Thanks for the attention!

reinstall intel compiler on the same machine

We have purchased composer_xe_2013 recently and successfully installed on the head node of our cluster. However, the directory, /opt/intel is not accssible to other compute nodes. So we decided to reinstall intel compiler to the shared disk. Unfortunately, we could not reinstall the package as we ended up with massage

" Based on activation information all available components are already installed on this system."

q. Quit (default)

So, we had no choice, but quit the installation.

My question is how could we reinstall our package? Thanks

Finding Software Business Forum

Having asked a question and received an answer only from 1 person who just happens to be a long-time dweller of this forum/community, I started wondering what could be the reason for this forum being so slow. I am sure there are more than 3 participants in the Partner Program, and the Software Business Forum could be a really invaluable resource for many.
