We could not complete your request. The application installation failed. Please try downloading and installing it again.
Installation failed - Unable to get application entry
Check for viruses, Make sure enough HDD space is available, retry installation.
I would check system requirements and virus protection (see docs below). Also, there is an issue if you run client and SDK on same system.
