Please follow these instructions to resolve your login issues:
- Open the Intel® Registration Center page and try to login using the “Registered users login” button. Make sure that your current language is set correctly, Caps Lock is disabled.
- If you got the error message that your password or login is not correct, please try to recover the Login ID using our “Forgot Your Login ID?” service. Enter the e-mail address you used during the registration and you will receive the Login ID.
- You can also use our “Forgot Your Password?” service then to recover the password using the received Login ID.
- If the above doesn’t help and you are still not able to login, please feel free to contact us via support service. Please enter your e-mail address and a description of your problem there and expect to receive a response within 24-48 business hours.
It is possible that your account was not created. For instance, if you have non-commercial or student license there is a chance that you were not automatically directed to a page to create an account.
In this case please return to the Intel® Registration Center, re-register the same serial number and your email address in the Register a Product box. Then you will be directed to the download page and in the bottom of the page you will find the link on “Click here to register” to help you create account to receive support from our development community.
Note that your account can be locked if someone repeatedly fails to log in. Three failures may lock your account for 30 minutes. Also, the account can be disabled if it has not been used for years. Please contact support service directly to re-enable it.
