Should I consider adopting the Intel® Cloud Services Platform?

How long do I have until Intel® Cloud Services Platform is shut down?
After January 15, 2014, the Intel Cloud Services Platform beta will conclude and further service development and support will be suspended.

After January 15, 2014, the Intel Cloud Services Platform APIs are not guaranteed to function as expected, so developers are strongly encouraged to explore alternative service provider options.
Do you have any recommendations on replacement services?
Depending on your specific application requirements, a variety of alternative services (individually, or in combination) are offered by numerous well-known vendors.
Why is my application no longer working?
After January 15, 2014, Intel Cloud Services Platform exited beta and further service development and support was suspended. Communications were sent out with as much notice as possible via email, forum posts, and messaging in the web portal.
What do I need to do?
By January 15, 2014, developers using Intel Cloud Services Platform APIs should investigate integration with other (either a single or multiple) vendors to avoid the possibility of service disruption affecting application performance and functionality. Changes needed to your code will be fully dependent on the service offerings of other vendors.
Accounts created with Intel® Identity Services will continue to work at this time, but we strongly encourage you to transition to another service as soon as possible and alert your users to the transition. We will provide further communication regarding the shut-down of Intel Identity Services early in 2014.

Intel continues to make a number of strategic investments in the areas of cloud computing and the Internet of Things (IoT). Many of the Intel Cloud Services Platform services will no longer be publicly available, but will be adapted to support a variety of related initiatives inside Intel.
