Topic: Product installation/activation with license file
Problem: After renewal of a product license you may receive an outaded license file or see outdated license information under the Intel® Registration Center > Subscription History > Manage tool.
The problem is that it may take up to a few hours for the data in the registration center license manage tool to be synchronized with the license extension ordering tool. Remote product activation is not affected.
- If possible, use remote activation option instead of the license file to install your product or product update.
- Revisit the Intel Registration Center > Subscription History > Manage tool after some hours again. If license info is up-to-date then, click on 'Resend license file to my email' to get the updated license file.
- If license data is still not actual in the Registration Center or if you need your license file urgently, submit an issue in the Intel® Premier Support > product 'Download, Licensing and Registration' and ask Intel support personel to update and send the license file.
