ifort driver does not accept -DX or -DY

Problem Description : The ifort compiler driver does not accept the options -DX or -DY which should define preprocessor symbols X and Y, respectively.  If you attempt to use -DX or -DY you will get a warning such as:

ifort: command line remark #10148: option '-DX' not supported
ifort: command line remark #10148: option '-DY' not supported

and the symbols will not be defined. No other symbol names are believed to be affected by this issue.

Workaround: Use -DX=1 or -DY=1

Problem Resolution: This problem is resolved in version 11.0.081 and later of the product.
