Intel compilers compilervars.csh does not work with CSH on Ubuntu

Problem : Soucing compilervars.csh under CSH on Ubuntu distribution does not work.  Error is "ERROR: Unknown switch ''. Accepted values: ia32, intel64

Environment :  Ubuntu linux, all known versions, users with csh as their default shell, csh coming from /etc/alternatives/csh.
This does not affect any other known linux distribution, including Debian.

Root Cause : The /etc/alternatives/csh shell interpreter is, for unknown reasons, incompatible with Intel's compilervars.csh

Resolution : Ubuntu CSH users are encouraged to change their default shell to TCSH.  This is a superset of CSH and does not exhibit any issues with Intel's compilervars.sh
