Lucio,
Please post your question to the Intel Visual Fortran forum "http://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/intel-visual-fortran-compiler-for-windows/" and some one should help you there. Or you can file an issue report to Intel Premier Support "https://premier.intel.com/".

Thanks,
Jennifer

>> ... crashing on some type old AMD Athlon processors.
Our compiler does support these processors. It's a bug.

>> 11.1.046 can't finish linking!!!
This would be a bug as well.

If you have not reported to the Premier Support or the Intel C++ Forum, please do so.

If you have, please post the ticket number or thread url here.

Thanks,
Jennifer

I am glad that you have an update. We have receive a few reports of our products crashing on Win 7. It has been puzzling us but we could not nail down where the problem maybe. Hopefully this will resolve it.

We are still having a big problem with crashing on some type old AMD Athlon processors. This problem start from 11.1 and was still not resolved. 10.x is fine. I have been bugging your support for a while with no result. I guess there is no incentive to worry about AMD CPU :-)

BTW, our product are building with ICC with openMP, IPP and MKL.
