Dmitry joined Intel in May 2011. Prior to joining Intel, Dmitry has been an active participant of the Intel AppUp Developer Program, participated in contests and won several awards. He is currently working in the Small Form Factor group, is engaged in adapting software for Windows, Android for x86 platform.

Vladimir Tsymbal (DPD, Russia)

Vladimir works at Intel since 2005. He participated in the VTune Performance Analyzer development. At the moment he is working at Intel Performance Analysis and Threading Lab and engaged in the customer support of parallel applications development tools.

Rami Radi (DRD, Germany)

As a Senior Software Application Engineer working for Intel's Small Form Factor Software Enabling which is part of Intel's Software and Services Group, Rami works as a technical account manager and consultant with leading ISVs and technology leaders in EMEA, maintaining a long term strategic relationship with them, and helps them develop, port, and optimize their solutions & technologies for Intel Atom based small form factor devices on multiple Operating Systems, in order to establish Intel as the best in class small form factor device hardware manufacturer. Rami also shares his knowledge and experience by delivering trainings and presentations at industry events.

Maxym Dmytrychenko (DRD, Germany)

Maxym is a Senior Application Engineer at Intel. He is supporting Software Developers to take advantage of latest processor features (multi-threading, SIMD instructions, Media processing and 3D rendering). Benchmarking, low level software performance analysis and optimization. Trainer for multi-core software architecture and Intel software tools.

Igor Vorobtsov (DPD, Russia)

Celebrity Award in April 2012

Igor joined Intel in 2008. He obtained a Master of Science degree in Nizhny Novgorod State University, Mechanics and Mathematics Faculty. At the moment he is a senior compiler technical consulting engineer, working in a Fortran compiler and Startup support teams (SSG DPD). Igor is also engaged in the customer support of parallel applications development tools.

Stanislav Bratanov (DPD, Russia)

Stanislav works in a team, creating an Intel VTune Amplifier XE, and is engaged in research and development of the advanced methods of measurement and analysis of performance, efficiency parallelization and energy consumption.

Sergey Melnikov (DPD, Russia)

Alexey has graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Radio-engineering, Electronics and Automation in 2011. At the moment he is writing his PhD thesis. Sergey works at Intel from spring 2012. He takes part in the development of gcc compiler for Android x86.

Andrey Maslennikov (DPD, Russia)

From May 2009 to June 2011 worked as an intern in the Sarov office. From July 2012 he is a software testing engineer. All these years he worked on Intel Media SDK.

Yuriy Viktorov (TMG, Russia)

Yuriy has graduated from the Faculty of Technical Cybernetics, the St. Petersburg State Polytechnical University. Works at Intel since 2010 as an intern in the laboratory of strategic CAD development. Yuriy is engaged in a research of the processor microarchitecture, in particular he deals with issues of formal verification of QoS.

Dmitry has graduated from the faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics, the Nizhny Novgorod State University. Dmitry works at Intel since 2007, since 2009 he is taking part in the Intel ® Quick Sync and Intel ® Media SDK developmen. Dmitry is interested in video coding and image processing.

Recently he became responsible for the support and development of MPEG-2 and VP8 codec.

The expert jury including program owners and EMEA SSG DRD management has selected the top EMEA blogger in 2011.

Michael Klemm (DRD, Germany)

Celebrity Award in Q3 2011

Michael is a part of the Software and Services Group, Developer Relations Division. He focuses on High Performance and Throughput Computing. Michael obtained an M.Sc. in Computer Science in 2003 and received a Doctor of Engineering degree (Dr.-Ing.) in Computer Science from the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany. His research focus was compilers and runtime optimizations for distributed systems. Michael is interested in compiler construction, design of programming languages, parallel programming, and performance analysis and tuning. He is also an Intel delegate at the OpenMP Language Committee.

Victoria is a Senior Application Engineer (Senior Developer Technology Engineer) in Mobility or Consumer Software Enabling team. Victoria is helping EMEA software vendors in optimizing and porting their applications for Intel’s latest desktop and mobile processors.Victoria acts as content creator and\or presenter for numerous developer events – conferences and trainings.

Alexey Kryukov (DPD, Russia)

Alexey has graduated from the faculty of Radiophysics, the Nizhny Novgorod State University. Alexey holds a Ph.D in Phisics and Mathimatics, which he received in 2010. He works at Intel since 2006 in the Product Validation team. His hobbyes are photography and volleyball.

Doug Binks (DRD, VCSD, Switzerland)

Doug is a Senior Application Engineer at Intel, working in the Visual Computing Software Enabling team with game developers to assist their development on Intel architectures. Prior to joining Intel in 2008 Doug worked in the games industry in roles ranging from graphics programmer to head of studio. Despite an early interest in games development he careered sideways into a doctorate in Physics, and undertook two postdoctoral posts as an academic researcher in experimental nonlinear pattern formation, specializing in fluid mechanics before getting back into creating games.

Roman Dementiev (DRD, Germany)

Roman is a part of Developer Relations Division in Intel's Software and Services Group. He holds an engineer degree from Khabarovsk State Technical University, M.Sc and Ph.D. degrees in computer science from Saarland University, Germany. His interests are algorithms, efficient for memory hierarchies (caches, flash memory, spindles), parallel algorithms, computer architecture, software libraries, scalable software architectures.

Paul Guermonprez (SSG, France)

Paul is a software engineer working at Intel Paris on various topics: embedded software (SmartTV, tablets, Classmate...), cloud computing, java software optimization. He drives Intel Academic Program in EMEA.

Camilo Rodriguez (CSD, France)

Camilo joined Intel SSG in August 2011. He is based in Paris and his job is to create an interesting and profitable catalog of Applications to be available through the Intel AppUp center. He is responsible for the distribution of Libre Office and VLC Media Player amongst others titles in the store. He has a solid background in software sales, speaks several European languages and loves to travel around the world

Nadav Rotem (DPD, Israel)

Nadav is a software engineer in Intel’s Visual Computing Products Group where he works on the Intel® OpenCL SDK. Nadav is an LLVM contributor and a PhD candidate in the field of compilers. Prior to joining intel in 2010, he worked in the field of HPC and embedded computing.

Nachman joined Intel four years ago, fresh out of University. He has been dealing primarily with Manageability SW throughout this period of time. And although he has been programming C++ for most of this time, he has recently fallen deeply in love with C#, and is just about ready to propose.

Nicolae Popovici (DRD, Germany)

Nicolae is a software engineer working for Intel since 2006. He is a part of Developer Relations Division in Intel's Software and Services Group. He holds an engineer and a master degree in computer engineering from „Gheorghe Asachi” Technical University of Iasi, Romania. In this role, Nicolae helps independent software vendors optimizing their software for Intel architecture.

He is specialized in High performance computing applied to advanced geophysical processing techniques and manufacturing. Always interested in multi-disciplinary project applied and validated on real cases.
