-standard-semantics or –assume std_mod_proc_name may get undefined reference error

Problem Description : 

When you compile the Fortran source with option '-standard-semantics' or '–assume std_mod_proc_name', your may see the following error messages, as undefined reference:

]$ ifort -standard-semantics mains.F
...
/tmp/iforto6idz8.o: In function `MAIN__':
mains.F:(.text+0xab): undefined reference to `ieee_arithmetic_MP_for_ieee_set_underflow_mode_k4_'
...

or

]$ ifort -assume std_mod_proc_name mains.F
...
/tmp/ifortpSiBEE.o: In function `MAIN__':
mains.F:(.text+0xab): undefined reference to `ieee_arithmetic_MP_for_ieee_set_underflow_mode_k4_'
...


Resolution Status : 

Workaround for this issue, is to use option '-standard-semantics -asssume nostd_mod_proc_name'.  For example:
    ifort -standard-semantics -assume nostd_mod_proc_name mains.F


Update:  This issus has been fixed in Intel Fortran Composer XE 2011 udpate 4 and folliwng release.
