When does my product support expire?

Support expiration is based on your license terms. If you obtained a one-year license, your support period expires 1 year from the product registration date. To check the support expiration date of your registered products follow the steps below:

1. Logon to the Intel® Registration Center by entering your Login ID and Password in the Registered Users Login section of the web page. You will see a list of all registered products.

  • How to find serial number of my product?

    All Intel® Software Development Products have a unique serial number in the following format:

    Finding the Serial Number of your product
    If you have purchased an Intel® Software Development Product, your serial number (SN) should be included in the email receipt you received upon purchasing the product.

  • Intel® C++ Compiler for Windows* - Received invalid licence file error when installing over remote terminal server


    When installing the 9.x and 10.x compilers on Windows* using remote terminal server with a license obtained with the 8.x or earlier compiler you will get an error message:

    "Invalid license file"

    Please make sure that the file you provided at <license file> is a valid license file with active support for the Intel® product you are trying to install.
