Countdown to July

Hey Its June 2nd! There's less then one month left to get your demo submitted for the Level Up 2009 Game demo challenge. Get it submitted!

There was two HUGE announcements last week in case you missed it.

First, Intel is awarding a $100.00 Visa or American Express cash gift cards for the entry with the highest votes from the week prior. How's that for incentive to get your submission in?
A quick tip, when you submit your entry please be as verbose as possible. Include screenshots, videos, or something to make your entry stand out! We will be awarding the cash each week through the end of registration period. Make sure you check back to main site and vote on the entries too.

Second, The Judges have been finalized for the contest. This year we have a superstar panel of game industry legends signed up. http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/levelup-judges/. Whoa! It feels like the contest has just ratcheted up to a different level - this is BIG time now. Sid Meier, Will Wright, and other gaming industry experts will be helping us select the winners. OMG! Seriously, this is THE opportunity to show the industry what you are about. You can read all about the announcement on the web, as other sites are picking up on the news. Check out Ars Technica announcement.
