Introducing the new Intel Student Partners - Kenya!

We’re very pleased to announce this year’s cohort of Intel Student Partners! This is an extremely talented group of university students picked from 5 universities across Kenya, who will be running Intel activities on their campuses over the course of the year. This program is designed to enable students at leading universities across the country to have the opportunity to work closely with Intel and understand our latest technologies. The program is for students who realize the best technology careers come to those who chase their dreams.

The Intel Student Partners were chosen via a rigorous selection process that saw close to 250 students applying from 28 universities across Kenya, from which 26 students were shortlisted for in-person interviews, and the final 10 were selected.  They will be representing Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology (JKUAT), Kenyatta University, Strathmore University, Moi University, and Maseno University.

Intel will be working with these Student Partners to bring technical training, news about cool devices and services on offer, incredible connections, and a deeper understanding of how best university developers can capitalize on Intel Architecture to build amazing, efficient apps.  Through the events that the Intel Student Partners brings to universities, students have access to sneak peeks at development tools and industry-defining software applications.

Look out for events that will be happening on your campuses, and don’t hesitate to let your Intel Student Partner if there’s anything in particular you’d like to see.

Congratulations to the Student Partners!
