Note that installing Cilk++ for Windows will modify your PATH, adding the <Cilk-install-dir>/bin and <Cilk-install-dir>/lib directories which are required to be in your PATH for running the Cilk programs created with the Windows SDK. at least, that is the case for the qsort example in cilkexamples.msi

Note that to install the examples described in "Cilk-Programmers-Guide.pdf" (a link to the PDF is on for Windows, you must run the cilkexamples.msi that is included in the Windows .msi that you download above. The PDF does not mention this.

The Linux .tar file contains an examples subdirectory so nothing extra is needed to get the examples.
