In the meantime, is there a particular problem you are facing, perhaps I can assist?
@ Brain, We have a web based apps which we thought of getting it to IADP board. But we do not know the steps/procedure to do it using AIR. Can you please help us.
The only requirment to submit through IADP is is that we need to integrate with the Melrose SDK and use Flex SDK.
if it is a Flash or Flex app then you can integrate Melrose SDK else not.
If it is a pure HTML app then the only way to integrate is to create a Flex app which has a mx:HTML widget covering the entire client area and then call your HTML using the location property.
Hope this clarifies. Please let me know if you got furhter questions
I investigate into the Melrose SDK and found that the application need to be signed prior to submit .AIR file into AppUp.
For signing cost is at least 199$ per year, is there any way to avoid this?
It is also a requirement from Adobe to have AIR applications digitally signed.
