The XULrunner an option?

The XULrunner an option?

Hello We would like to know if we can use a program we are writing on top of the XUL runner open-source runtime platform with one of the AppUp SDK, the C/C++ maybe, what do you think? Regards Ilay Y

Ilay,

Since GRE (XUL Runner) is standard C++ it should be fairly straightforward to integrate the AppUp C++ API into your project. I suggest that you statically link (lib) versus referencing the XUL Runner DLL. In the AppUp community many developers such as yourself are pioneering the way in using 3rd party runtime/libraries. Please let me know if you run into any obstacles, I am happy to assist.

Brian Hello

Thank you for that.

We will start to do it and will be glad to contact you in the future.

All the best.

Yehuda,

Best of luck, you are the first (that i know of) bringing XUL Runner to AppUp.
