submission - not going out of "Submission Started" state?

submission - not going out of "Submission Started" state?

i uploaded a new binary and clicked through all the next/next/next options; and it says the application was received; but the state stays in "Submission Started"; effectively not going into the review state.. is there an issue with the new dashboard? i just wanted to re-submit my binary and it's not making any progress. the files are there; just not moving to the next step. // Aaron Ardiri Mobile 1UP http://www.mobile1up.com

Aaron,

I performed a MSI update yesterday with no trouble. I take it this is a Moblin entry?

>> I take it this is a Moblin entry?

yes. it lets me upload; go through the next/next/next options and then says it has been placed on the queue. but, it still is stuck in "Submission Started" state

Hi Aaron,

Please can you also let us know whether it is working now?
If not, have you been able to submit any application successfully before?

i just did it again - same thing (still in submission started state)
i have submitted the same application twice before - and it has been rejected due to issues that have been fixed.

the only difference between previous times was that i added submission notes - even removing these; and submitting still causes the same issue. i have screen shots of all the process; just to verify - i can email them through to someone; but i seriously think this is an issue in the dashboard. it was previously working; the application should have been approved by now; and we've already lost 5 days due to this - if the store is launched at CES; we've obviously missed it.

Hi Aaron,

Thank for your reply.

Please can you send us the screenshots and we will investigate.
Use the contact us form to send us the screenshots: http://appdeveloper.intel.com/en-us/contact
I will follow up the issue from the support ticket and if I need to pass any quick info or message I will post it here on the forum. (It might be quicker for you to reply I guess).

i have some information to add about this - the submission process stopped working when i added a few more applications to my dashboard using the "get a GUID" option. i have 9 applications in "Submission Started" phase; i was able to update the first application when it was the only application in this list. maybe this information will help reproduce the error for Intel to investigate.

Hello Aaron,

I see all your applications are now in Draft status. Is there anything else you need?
