Experiencing issue opening Sketchup 2017. App will only open when the laptop screen is open when connected to a usb dock connected to 2 external monitors or if the laptop is not docked at all. Sketchup produces an error when the laptop screen is closed. Error reads: Hardware acceleration is unsupported or has been disabled on your graphics card.
Also, experiencing display issues, especially in Outlook ver 2013 and 2016, black lines, large blank spaces, text not appearing, etc. Problems occur mostly when laptop screen is open and connected to 2 external monitors using usb dock. With closed lid, problem is less frequent but does still occur. Do not experience the problem at all using OneLink Plus dock using the OneLink port. Problem only occurs when connected to a usb type dock whether it is startech or Lenovo usb dock.
Laptop is a Lenovo X1 Yoga, Model 20FRS0QL00, Intel HD Graphics 520 driver, ver 18.104.22.16878, however have experienced issues on lower version graphics drivers.
