for each

for each

Just moving a project over from Visual Studio C++ compiler to use Intel C++. I have made extensive use of the 'for each()' method in visual studio to interate over std::list etc, does the intel compiler have any version of for each, or do I need to write it out long hand each time, or I suppose BOOST_FOREACH().
