If you encountered this issue that the Intel C++ Compiler IDE integration does not show up within VS 2005, it might be related to the following reason.
Your system has the "ENVSDK_REGKEY" environment variable that contains a value that our IDE module does not understand.
The work around is following:
1. uninstall the Intel C++ Compiler IDE module first
2.rename "ENVSDK_REGKEY" to something else like "ENVSDK_REGKEY_SAVE"
3. reinstall the Intel C++ Compiler IDE module
4. rename the env-var back
