CESR 0.2.13 Released -- 2006 June 07
ANNOUNCING CESR 0.2.13, the first official release.
The Compiler Error Source Reduction (CESR) Utilities are intended as an aid for compiler debugging. The cesr utility glues together many subtools which are useful individually or collectively in gathering, reducing, pinpointing, protecting, documenting, and bundling test cases comprised of C/C++ or Fortran source code.
CESR has been in use by the Compiler Support team for some months now. It is now available to all Intel Compiler customers (as a separate download). Please download and give it a try on any internal compiler errors you encounter. Provide feedback to Premier Support or directly to me.
CESR is written in Python and runs on all platforms supported by the Intel compilers.
More details can be found in the distribution's README file.
