For more complete information about compiler optimizations, see our Optimization Notice.

Hi Kranthi,

My simplistic view of the differences are:

The Intel sensor is optimized for shorter distances so it should be better able to detect subtleties in user gestures. Kinetic is geared to 'bigger' gestures and is a more complex device.

The PerC camera is based on SoftKinetic technology.  Here is a comparison I did comparing the SoftKinetic DS325 to the Kinect which, is pretty much applicable to the PerC camera as well: size, power, range and resolution are the main differences http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s5M09Lq7FzU
