Accessing depthmask in Unity

How do you access the DepthMask in Unity? The parameter is ref short[], but is the dimension width*height obtained from QueryDepthMaskSize? In addition, which pixel corresponds to which entry?

Can you provide an example snippet that maps to the UV map and possibly RGB color as well?

Can you be more specific? Not familiar with the DepthMask you are referring to.

Particularly, how do you relate QueryDepthMask and QueryUV
