We have a 2-node academic license of Ifort 10.0.023 that was enabled via a central server license manager. The machine that went with that license died. Unfortunately, the original sys-admin of our system tied the license to an e-mail account on a machine that is no longer maintained, so the account information is unrecoverable that way. I have access to the S/N and what I believe is the previous license file, but that's useless without the ability to access the automated tools in the defunct account.
I'm trying to find the proper person to contact to see whether our license is recoverable and, if so, to generate a new license file for our rebuilt server.
