Problem with license transfer

I have tried to transfer my license to another person as I left my old school, but the process failed for an unknown reason. Now I don't see any product after I log in to the registration center and the other person is not recognized by your system, either. So both of us cannot access to the license any more and are unable to download the latest version. Is there any way to solve the problem? Thanks in advance.
